It's been a long time since I enjoyed a bottle of Gold. Actually, it's been about a year. I usually start the night off with a blend, Johnnie Walker Black, and then slip on into a single malt or two.











This isn't the same limited edition gold bottle that I first picked up, but it's nice to "complete the collection" so to speak. It's such a nice high quality bottle. Just look how thick the base is compared to the Black. With Gold, you also get a cork instead of a screw top. From the bottle, to the cork, to the whisky, it's such a huge step up from Black. For an extra $15 bucks, it's so worth it. It's so good.
