It's the first render of the new year. What do I have in mind? Not much really; I'm just trying to get the creative juices flowing.

I started with a new character…Ceridwen.



I'm really liking this figure. She has a nice classic European look to her and a fantastic skin texture. I set the stage for a sci-fi-fi scene and dropped in some lights.



Not bad, but Ceridwen comes with a few crazy fantasy / sci-fi skin textures. It would be a shame not to use one of them.



That's a pretty awesome looking texture.



I switched up the lights and played around with the depth-of-field.



Pretty nice, but it needs more sci-fi. I dropped in a sci-fi pistol and tweaked the pose.



Now we're talking!



All it needed was some smoke and flare, and a few color effects and it was good to go.
