The Seiko SSB031 is another watch that's been at the top of my list for almost a year. A friend at work picked one up and I fell in love with it almost immediately.



Another classic case of seeing is believing. The pictures online look awesome, but to hold one in your hand is another story. The quality is amazing. The detail in the dial is outstanding.



Just look at that! I prefer mechanical watches to quartz, but this is such a good looking watch that I just couldn't resist adding it to the collection.



Not much to see on the back. I'm used to exhibition case backs on Seikos, but I guess with a quartz watch, thers's not much to look at.



38mm is usually my sweet spot, and I tend to stay away from 40mm watches. However, I tried my friend's one on so I know that it has a small lug-to-lug width and it fits really well.
